The items that we offer on this website are only available in the following countries: Canada, and the United States.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with an IP address outside of Canada or the US. This also includes orders placed with addresses provided to industrial locations, warehouses, or shipping locations. Orders under these circumstances will be refunded minus the fee that we incur through Shopify to cancel orders.
There may be some country exceptions that we will ship to in addition to those listed. The consumer must cover the cost of tracked shipping. You may contact us directly to see if we can make an exception. 23 Lux reserves the right to decline shipping orders to certain locations at our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove any products from this website at any time and/or edit any materials or content on this website. While we will try our best to ensure all orders are processed, there may be exceptional instances where we may need to refuse to process an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion.
All intellectual property rights are owned by 23 Lux. As per our terms of service, you are prohibited from using the site or it’s contents, as well as any content posted by 23 Lux on the 23 Lux Etsy page. 23 Lux owns the rights to images and how those images may or may not be used.
We fulfill all orders through Canada Post. All orders include tracking numbers. Please allow 2-5 business days to prepare orders for dispatch.
If for any reason we cannot meet the processing date, customers will be offered a choice of continuing with the processing date or cancelling the order with a full refund.
The estimated delivery time for expedited parcels within Canada is 2-6 business days. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping parcels going from Canada to the United States is 4-8 business days.
23 Lux is not responsible for any orders once they have been shipped with a tracking number. All tracked orders include insurance coverage up to $100 CAD. It is up to the consumer to purchase additional insurance coverage for orders exceeding a value of $100 CAD by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We take great care of all items being packaged and shipped. Once your package has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged mail. Any further action will need to be taken by the consumer with your local post office or carrier. It is up to the consumer to ensure they are home to receive the parcel or pick up the parcel from the post office within the designated time period of the parcel service.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for the payment of any customs fees, import taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply. 23 Lux is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
All sales are FINAL- cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds are not excepted once an order has been placed. 23 Lux does not accept cancellations due to the fees incurred for the cancellation of orders through Shopify. We include measurements and the material to provide context of each item. We include photos and measurements in the listing. Second-hand and vintage items may have imperfections, discolouration, and flaws due to their age and previous handling.
Our vintage garments come from different eras. The sizing may substantially differ based on these factors. Please see the measurements available in the content description to ensure items meet your sizing requirements.
