Where is 23 Lux based?

We are based out of Ontario, Canada.

Can I cancel my order?

23 Lux does not accept cancellations once an order has been placed due to the fees incurred for the cancellation of orders through Shopify.

Can I return items?

All sales are FINAL- cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds are not excepted once an order has been placed. We include measurements and the material to provide context of each item. If you have any questions about items, sizing, condition or requests please contact us at shop23lux@gmail.com before purchasing and we will be happy to provide more details, if required.

Do you restock items?

The items we carry are vintage, one of a kind pieces which rarely come back in stock.

When do you list items?

The listing of items vary. Any updates on vintage drops or listings will be shared through Instagram.

Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?

At this time we are not shipping outside of Canada and the United States due to the high cost of international shipping.

When will my order be shipped?

We fulfill all orders through Canada Post. All orders include tracking numbers. Please allow 2-5 business days to prepare orders for dispatch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time for expedited parcels within Canada is 2-6 business days. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping parcels going from Canada to the United States is 4-8 business days.
