Shipping Policy

We fulfill all orders through Canada Post. All orders include tracking numbers. Please allow 1-3 business days to prepare orders for dispatch. 23 Lux is not responsible for any orders once they have been shipped. We take great care of all items being packaged and shipped. Once your package has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged mail. All following action will need to be taken with your local post office.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for the payment of any customs fees, import taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply. 23 Lux is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
