Stylists

Styling pulls for purchase and rental are available.

Stylists may pull pieces for client fittings prior to purchase. For pieces that are returned rather than purchased, a 5% restocking fee applies, capped at $100 per item.

Pieces may be pulled for a fitting for up to seven days, beginning on the date of delivery. Late returns are subject to a fee of $50 per day, per piece unless an extended pull period has been agreed upon in advance.

Rental fees are 15% of the item's listed price per seven-day period.

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all styling pulls. Applicable restocking fees will be charged prior to shipping. Any additional fees or costs incurred in connection with the pull may be charged to the card on file. 

All pieces must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Stylists are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all pieces for the duration of the pull.

Pieces may not be altered, modified, cleaned, washed, dry-cleaned or repaired without prior written approval from 23 Lux.

The stylist assumes responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, staining, alterations, or other changes in condition that occur while the pieces are in their possession.

Any costs associated with damage, cleaning, repair, or restoration may be charged to the credit card on file. If an item is lost, stolen, damaged or returned in a condition that materially affects it's value, the stylist may be charged up to the full listed price of the item.

Stylists are responsible for all shipping costs.
